Early Morning Runs and soon pictures...
My honey and I have made a pact to run for 20 minutes each morning, after that we do devotions or do more working out. Our pact just started this week :) For the past 2 months I have been doing Tae Bo at least 3 days a week with great results. I have lost at least 5-7 lbs, and am the smallest I have been in 3 years. That really feels great! Last Friday night after youth we watched "Yes Man" and I was inspired to start taking pictures of things while I run in the mornings, there are so many things to see in our neighborhood. In the words of McDonald's "I'm lovin' it!"
