Ingredients:
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced (we really like garlic)
- 3 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces each)
- ground black pepper and salt to taste
- 2 cups fresh chopped basil leaves
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 12 ounces dry angel hair pasta, cooked
Directions:
- Cook pasta "al dente"
- Saute Garlic in all the oil in pan until tender
- Add all tomatoes, salt and pepper and stir 2-3 minutes
- Turn off burner and stir in chopped basil and pasta to the tomato mixture
